3. Subscriptions & Payments

Our premium features are billed on a subscription basis via Cashfree Payments.

Billing: You agree to provide valid payment information to Cashfree.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by local law or specifically stated otherwise during the checkout process.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and password. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our safety guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts you input. Codx AI grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the generated output for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codx AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service or the inability to use the service.
